    1. i agree with this. what wast popular in the 80's is super ugly now! so whatever is popular now will be ugly to later life children.

  4. i really love when have mixed race or immigrant articles. I believe that children of immigrants are more likely to succeed because of their parents views and how these children appreciate all that their parents have done. Personally i think that many children with immigrant families have a greater view of gratitude toward their parents. I think that why they focus on the asian and hispaic immigrants is because it is a higher population to focus on.

  5. It makes sense that the immigrants children are better off here than they were because they are either very young when they get here or grow up here and seem not much different.

  7. Children of immigrants should be better of than their parents. The kids were born here and have grown up with this culture, whereas their parents came into this culture and had to adjust. The kids know how everything works and they get along better with other races because that is what they have grown up with.

  8. Second generation Americans in my opinion have the best of both worlds. They will more than likely be able to fit in perfectly with other Americans while still having a rich heritage from a foreign nation.

  9. 2nd generation immagrants have the best of both worlds. immagrants usually get benefits because of there minorty status (which i believe makes the government inherently racist). and they also get the great free education system this country has to offer! and on top of that. the stability that America provides helps them stay on task where back home they might be drug off to some war or have to stay home and work
