  1. After MTV decided to go from their music roots to pregnant teenagers and rather dumb reality shows, the music industry lost an important tool for promotion. With the rise of Youtube music once again had a way to reach people and to promote their music.

  6. I think it is sad that music television stations don't play music videos. I always liked to watch music videos on TV but now all they have are stupid reality shows. Having the internet to watch the videos is nice, but i still would like to be able to watch music videos on TV. The internet makes it easier to get to the videos and helps make bands very popular.

  9. The internet is the perfect replacement for Tv. Hardly anyone even watches Tv anymore it's all about the web and seeing what you want instantly.

  10. MTV is a lot of TV shows now and not a lot of music. YouTube made finding music and all kinds of videos a lot easier.
