  1. I think this is the right way to go with the current generation... What better way to look at how a person works than to look at how they spend most of their time...

  2. The way that people are these days with the discussion of getting rid of standardized testing is just an example of how we don't need the book stuff to get a job and make money. Its common sense or hands on that help a ton.

  5. I agree with what google is doing. the sat is a test that lets other people know where you sit as far as book smarts. You can be good with books but if you dont know how to work then what difference does it make. And if you don't test well that doesn't mean that you are not a good worker.

  7. I think this is a good idea. Test scores cannot show everything. Some people are bad at tests and a test does not show personality or other talents. I think a lot of companies should start to use this tactic instead of looking at test scores.

    1. Yup. test scores and such stuff show how smart a person is but not how much they are motivated to do the work that they want to do

  9. I don't find it surprising that google uses information like this at all. It's almost scary how big its become. I don't blame China for not letting google into their counrty.

  11. Test scores don't matter. The best way to evaluate a person is to simply talk to them to get to know about them and their history.
