I think its great that there are still coaches out there that don't judge if the player is gay. They just base them off of how good they are at the game.
NFL player Micheal Sam should not be judged just because of personal preferences. His ability to play football is not limited just because he is openly gay. Micheal is a great athlete and the Dallas Cowboys were able to look past what other teams were not able to.
I give the Dallas Cowboys props for taking in Michael Sam in after he was basically fired for being gay. I don't see what personal preference has anything to do with how well you preform.
