I feel that it is unfair that men are not considered irresponsible and uncommitted to there jobs but women in the same situation are deemed irresponsible and uncommitted. We need to take a step back and realize we are all equal.
Men and women should be treated the same as equal human beings. Men should not be considered more responsible or committed to their job than women, they can do the same jobs men can.
I think that men and women should be treated equally because in my thinking women are usually the one taking care of the kids (No, Not in all cases). Men usually work alot and make the money even though the women do too. It should be the same for men and women to want to spend time and care for their kids equally.
