I agree that women waste huge amounts of time on getting ready in the morning. I would bet if you ask, most women don't really enjoy wearing 3 inches of make up.
Women waste time in the morning and many other times throughout the day fixing their hair and make up all so they think they look better and people will think they look better. It's stupid really, but if it makes them feel better about themselves then let them do what they have to do.
As long as they're comfortable and able to get work done it doesn't matter what they wear. I personally want them to look good but they should be able to dress how they want.
