  2. Are we as a nation or state willing to accept the social consequences if we legalize pot for recreational use?

  3. I think it's a good idea to legalize marijuana, not because I approve of the drug itself, but because it would bring in more revenue. It's not like there would be many more new people smoking weed, but if marijuana is legalized then more drug dealers will go out of business and the state will gain that money. Also, what's the difference between medical marijuana and recreational marijuana? Weed is weed. If they're going to legalize medical they might as well just legalize recreational as well.

  5. Pot isn't any worse for you than smoking a cigarette. The consequences aren't any different than if an intoxicated person chooses to drive drug. I think it would create good revenue for our state so I don't see why it shouldn't be legal

    2. Would the legalisation of pot put more DUI people on the road? and if it does are we willing to accept more traffic deaths and high insurance rates?

    3. I feel that the people that are already making risky choices like drinking and driving probably already are smoking pot so I don't think the rate of traffic deaths and high insurance will really increase

  6. I think it's funny how they spend the tax money on pot on school construction.

  7. I may not be a user myself. But I believe people should have a choice what they want to put in their bodies. If we legalized marijuana for every state criminal groups would probably lose money, the Government would not have to waste money on the drug enforcement, and plus it would help the econonmy due to taxes.

  8. Are you guys on pot right now. You guys need to get your heads out of your ass. It should not be legalized period. It should be banned it worse then cigarettes in its addictive ways plus its a fucking gate way drug to more bad drugs. Its worse then a pack of cigarettes to your lungs. The criminals will raise the price of other drugs to make the money lost for the pot. Of coarse the users are gonna use but there all morons and i could careless about them. Its may do some good for the economy but there will be bigger problems to follow. Stay Classy ACGC

  9. I am not really sure how I feel about legalizing marijuana it has bad sides and good sides. However, the fact that it would bring in more revenue with taxes and all is a huge plus.

  10. I believe with unforeseen consequences it could end up costing us more than we would make from taxes.

    1. Alcohol and Tobacco can kill people and they are legal. Pot can possibly change your personality but it cannot give you cancer or destroy your liver. So if pot could be less dangerous why should it be banned?

  12. Alcohol and cigarettes is far worse for you then weed and by putting these people in jail we pay through the roof to keep them in there so legalize it. And the DUI rate will prolly go up but people also drive drunk so pick your poison

  13. if they are willing to pay for it, the government should sell it to them, so that at least the money isn't going into organized crime, and funding murders and other illegal actions.
