I think it should be kept and strengthened. People need to be able to fight back and protect themselves and not get in trouble. If some dude blind sides me and I beat the shit out of him in self defense I should not be able to have charges pressed against me when Im not even the one who started it.
I think that its really hard to judge whether a person was really defending them self. Warning shots could be a good idea but also a little dangerous.
ReplyDeleteWe have to find out if it saves more people than criminals abusing the law. If it protects people I say keep the law.

ReplyDeleteIt depends on the situation you are in. Some my think it is good. Others my think it is not.
ReplyDeletePeople should be allowed to defend themselves if threatened. If some people abuse this law then they should be punished. They should keep the law.
