i think that hispanic people are just willing to work for less, so employers offer them less and they take it, its not like they cant go find a job somewhere else with better pay
I think it is just merely their decision to work for less pay. Sometimes it may be due to they did not attend college so they just decide to work for less pay. Sometimes people enjoy doing work they grew up doing also, no matter the pay that they are receiving.
I think that it is about who is willing to do the work for the price and the qualifications they have. To some people money isn't everything and they just enjoy a job to keep busy or because they enjoy it.
I think that the reason there is a lower pay for hispanic men and women because they are the ones who are actually willing to do work for a small pay.
