Yes and No.... Yes the boy scouts should allow for gay boys to join and participate because they are the same as all the other kids. But there should not be gay boy scout leaders. Mainly because of the non gay kid scouts could and more than likely will feel awkward having a gay man tell them about being a man on the camping trips they go on.
The Boy Scouts is all about builds character, helping children and young adults and learn their responsibilities of being a citizen and i feel that even if a person is gay, they should still be able to have access to this kind of group
Exactly, The only way that this would be bad is if they were doing something inappropriate. but no matter who the boy is whether gay or not inappropriate behavior should be punished.
yes because everyone has equal rights and can choose how they believe it shouldnt matter if your gay or straight to be in a group or enything else they choose to be in.

i think they should because its their life and nobody should be in it and if they wanna love another man then okay more power to you. its not like its a disease thats going to spread to others! don't worry your not going to turn gay if you touch a gay person! and its also not like the scout leader is going to teach the boys on how to be gay. so i think yes they should be able to do whatever they like. all their life they have been told to partisipate and now they are trying but cant because they are gay? i mean come on!
I believe that they should be able to. We are all created equal, just because their gay they shouldn't be allowed to do stuff that's no fair at all. and for the record not all gays are pedifiles.
Why not? The Boy Scouts of America have no right to discriminate. I always considered them to be an honorable organization, but if they do not allow gays into the club I may need to change my stance.
I think they should be allowed to. It may take some adjusting to, but with time any issues with gay scouts and scout leaders will be resolved. This brings up another question though, how do kids have the kind of sexual orientation this early in life to decide that they are gay?
Boy Scouts is a private company and they can do as they wish if that means they don't want gays to be there representatives. I'm not saying gays are less than straight folk but it's that company's decision to do as they please and not be hated on by the community.

Of course they should. There is nothing wrong with gay people. They should be equally treated. They have the same rights just as any other person. It should never be a problem.
They should allow them to be in Boy Scouts because they can't help who they are and it doesn't hurt anybody else.
