  1. I think that state needs to set written standards and follow them no matter who it involves.

  2. You said it Zebra! It really is sad that Boards can't seem to be fair in situations like that. Let's just hope they figured it out soon.

  3. The bigger problem isnt the whole death penalty thing its the fact that is has to do with race. Everyday people just brush off racism like its no big deal. I understand in our small areas there is not a whole lot of diverse ethnicity but then how can everyone be as racist as they are. If you have never been around all these other people how do you know what they are like. I personally know black people that are nicer than white people. Its quite sad that racism is so acceptable in our society considering our history!!

  4. I wouldn't say it's acceptable, but more that it's not able to be controlled, as sad as that is.

  5. You have to remember though that our country has taken a large step from where we used to be. I think over time we will progressively make more positive steps as generations cycle through.

  6. The death penalty is a touchie subject but i think that it is to leanient. i think in one way that if someone kills someone that they should be killed the same way but i also think that people should have to suffer with the guilt that goes along with crimes.

  7. It goes both ways, but in some cases people think the death penalty is the right answer.
