I personally don't mind other religious groups. I am not as devout a Christian as some but what other religions do shouldn't affect what you do. They're just studying their faith like you are.
I agree, people can believe in whatever religion they want. It doesn't affect me if others are a different religion or have different thoughts and beliefs.
I think everybody should practice the religion they believe in. Sometimes society makes certain religions seem less important or not in the social norm.
One of the many reasons Europeans came to America was for religious freedom. Many people still say that now, but when they see a girl wearing a hijab or a male wearing a turban they immediately start judging the person because they don't know anything from their own comfort zone. As a non religious person, I find the whole purpose of "Lent" weird but I understand why Christians do it so I don't judge it. I personally don't care what religion you side with, I just don't agree with all the prejudice that other religions get in America. If people would take time and try to understand different religions, everything could be better.
I see that they discriminate, or at least think less of, religions that have bad people associating with it. Not all muslims are bad, and not all atheist are bad such as: John Lennon, Stephen Hawking, Bill Gates, and Albert Einstein. I personally see religion as a set of rules for kids to differentiate right from wrong because I am also an atheist.
they invite them in

DeleteI find it interesting that most people choose their religion as the most positive.
ReplyDeleteAre you saying that a majority of our population study Hebrew, or Jewish religion?
