This was really interesting to me. Even from that young an age, we still have a sense of right and wrong, a sense of retribution as well. We develop these ideas before we can even communicate. I believe this supports nature over nurture.
that is insane. babies seem to have these kind of feelings towards these tests and things without being tought. it seems to me that this can go way back father then just from parents. the can be good or bad. this was very interesting
I think the babies were just pointint to the certain color shirt or color of the bear they liked. I think they have some sense of whats going on but not alot.
I found this study rather interesting. The reason why is because we are able to collect data about how we, as humans, view the world. We can see how children change and what they think at such a young age.
i thought that the babies were really cute and it was very interesting to see the babies wanting something good over something bad and the animal that was more like them over the one that wasn't.
I think that the babies were just getting the animal that they like best because of the color that attracted their eye more they should switch the colors up on a new set of babies. I think that the younger you are the less involved in the world you are so when you place some one in a world and teach then right or wrong their going to be less selfish.
Well im not really one to speak from a babies point of view because im not a baby, but i could speak from my point of view and I believe that babies are not born good they are born with the natural ability to see what is right and wrong. If they see the wrong doing as well as the right doing in the same situation they will prefer the right doing and seek justice for the wrong doing.
Well... It was interesting how they called them blobs... but I was wondering as to why some of them would rather choose the bad stuffed animal instead of the nice one
Them babies were sooo cute! I think the study was interesting. I think babies have more of a sence of whats going on and whats good and whats bad than people give them.
I believe babies are very smart in the sense of knowing what's bad and good even when they are little because if you watch most babies and kids will look at your before they are going to do something because if your face changes than they know they weren't suppost to do that.
I don't think you are born good or bad. It's how you are raised an sometimes you can be the sweetest person an had a horrible life. I think god chooses what your going to do on this earth.
It's amazing how developed babies are at that age and what they comprehend even though they can't talk.
