I personally always found our culture moving to fast for our own good when we have 6-8 year old girls thinking that they look sexy or are considering themselves to be sexual objects
also of course girls will pick things based on they're moms that is what they think is exceptionable parents ARE role models whether or not they think they are
There is nothing wrong with moms that want to still feel sexy. It makes them feel younger. In turn thats how the kids dress but thats not a big deal. The children don't understand the whole sexy or not sexy ordeal. They just put on what mommy puts on and don't know why.
Of course it's wrong that kids that are 6-9 year old are thinking of themselves as sexual objects, but there's nothing wrong with a women trying to be in shape without having the goal of being "sexy."
I think that at some point if a mother's daughter is trying to be 'sexy' and is between those ages of 6-9 that it's the mother's job to tell them what is right and what is wrong with acting like that.

As long as they arent getting slutty at such a young age whats really wrong with it.
trying to dress sexy means to dress in a way that is appealing to most people. Slutty is acting a certain way. Dress and actions are two different things.
If your pregnant you dont have to be sexy. there is no real definition of sexy anyway whats sexy to some people are just plain trashy to some people but if you not dressed like people think you should be you get shuned form society. you know things are getting out of hand when little girls are looking at themselves as sexual objects. kids should be kids they should have to worry about what they look like or anything because they are just doing what makes them happy and what they feel comfortable in.
It is basically society that makes women feel they aren't as sexy after they have kids. So they feel they should strive to look the way they did before they had childeren.
i don't see anything wrong with women still wanting to feel 'sexy' when they are pregnant or when they are older. But for youg girls to try this is just not right. Kids at that age are supposed to be one thing, kids. They shouldnt have to worry about things like that as kids.
