More people die from Eating Disorders than all other mental illness combined, but ED research receive the lowest federal funding of all mental illnesses!! Because WE are to blame.
We are willing to waste money on foolish things, but will not spend money on what really needs to be addressed. That is why the world is where it is- hell.
ReplyDeleteI don't understand how people could starve themselves to death. It's a shame how much pressure society puts on young adults and older, on how they need to look for people to like them and to be attractive.
ReplyDeleteIt is sad how people will starve themselves because they think they are overweight but society is really to blame. It tells kids that we should all look like movie stars but in reality we dont have to and shouldnt want to.
ReplyDeleteThey have a reason to starve themselves to death. Maybe they are sick of the way they look or someone is being a ***** to them. So keep wondering why they starve themselves
ReplyDeletethe government is willing to put money into alot of different things. The reason why we don't put money into ED because many dont like to see it as an actual disease.

ReplyDeletei believe one of the reasons that people suffer from anorxia is because they care alot what other people think. for exaple if they catch someone staring at them or hear someone else talk about them. Not everything is about how a person looks, its about who the person truly is.
