I think that it is a good thing to legalize marijuana for medical uses only. It can go a long way in helping people with a lot of different things like cancer. I don't think that they should legalize it so whoever can smoke it whenever they please. I think that they should keep it to people who actually need it for medical use, they should keep restrictions on it and document every time someone gets it.

well pinkpanther for one if you read the second paragraph it said " liberal government would make recreational use of the drug legal, but that it would also regulate and restrict access" therefor not everybody can smoke it when ever they want to but it is restricting to only certain people can get it from dispensaries although those rules are not yet established and you cant possibly record or document every time someone buys marijuana from a dispensary beside money management
it should be legal they rate of arrest would go down because there are alot of people going to jail for a little bit of marijuana they just need to legalize it so they have more room in jails for people that need to be there
