  1. I did not see that coming. I think they should really investigate this a lot more and have a punishment for the officer unless of curse Thomas was armed with some sort of lethal weapon.

  2. I think that this is bull crap! I feel that the officer that shot the suspect should be charged! There was no reason at all for shooting him, all he did was come up out of the car and he just shot him. That is not right at all and the district attorney said it was just an accident and also stated that there was no suspicion of him being armed or dangerous. I feel that the officer should get charged for and unnecessary shooting.

  3. I don't think that this is right! The district attorney called this an accident, there is no possible way that this act was an accident. Looking at the dash cam video the officer got out of his car, drew his weapon and fired at the man. The man was obviously intoxicated so there is no reason that the officer would have to shoot him, I'm pretty sure that they guy would have somewhat worked with the officer and would have responded! What the officer did is not right no matter what! I think that the officer should be punished to the full extent of the law! I feel like this officer should get charged for attempted murder!

  5. i agree with all 3 comments there was no reason for him to shoot the guy coming out of the vehicle, ya he could have possibly run but there was no suspecion that he had a weapon therefor he should never had shot

  7. I usually take the cops side, but in the video and some of the description i will not. There was a car accident a man that seemed relatively harmless, but still intoxicated, was shot. There is no excuse for the cops itchy trigger finger. It seems like cops should have extensive training when handling a situation.

  8. I agree entirely with Pink. The officer who had shot the driver should be trialed in court. He had no reason to believe he was armed and dangerous.
