    I don't think if a child is falling behind in the 3rd grade cirriculum then they should just require more help, not hold them back.

    I believe that the younger years of your education are the most important because that's when you learn how to learn. If you don't accomplish this early one you will end up struggling when you're older.

    I believe if children are frustrated while reading they will stop reading and will fall behind in their studies

    I can see how the third grade is important. You really learn your basics to life right there. STAY IN SCHOOL KIDS

    Third grade is so importent because thats when we learn most of our writing, spelling, math, and behaviors.

    If we for the most part learn everything in third grade, then why can't we grduate by 7th?

    It is quite interesting how much 1 of third grade can effect a child lives. Especailly how it can determine how their outcome in life is.

    I agree with this article in the fact that, a lot of learning is triggered from reading. Most kids do start reading in the 3rd grade. Reading expands the knowledge of the mind greatly. But if some kids are frustrated reading they might give up on reading and lose that knowledge all together.

    Everything grade is important. Maybe 3rd grade is the most important in other peoples OPINIONS. but not mine

    3rd grade we talkin 3rd grade. im pretty sure if i would of skipped 3rd grade i would be the same that i am now
