  1. I think that it would idea to have something to help the people and family who have been wrongly accused. Being in court system even if you were wrongly accused follows you for the rest of your life. I think it would be great if there was a job out there for the family or persons family that they could work to earn money for the things they need to survive otherwise if you have kids they might have to be taken away because you can't provide for your children.

  3. When you commit a crime it shouldn't matter who you are or where your from. If you committed the crime you should be charged accordingly

  4. In all I do agree with this artical, because white collar crimes have a collateral damage that can infect numerous factors in the environment, besides the individual that was targeted. Banks and corporations have a job to do and if they were to break the law in any way should be charged accordingly and justly just as they would to an individual that committed a blue collar crime.
