The kids should get suspended for a while. But the ref i don't think he needs to press charges because kids are hot headed and naive. The kids could of made it fair and am for the ref head on so he had a chance to run away or brace for the impact.
Gun control won't do anything but slow down public places selling guns, but it will make the black market stronger because more and more people will find loop holes in the gun control thingy. We also need to study the gun man so see what their mental heath is because when you are mentally ill you cant think straight or clearly. Especially when you have like multiple personalities or some other kind that kinda makes your mind shut off.
thinking that banning guns will stop shootings is like saying that smoking does not cause cancer
