Are movies not a way to escape life for a couple of hours anddream that you are somewhere else? I have never really paid attention to the issues about it because i have nevr in my life heard about a girl complain about stereotypes in movies.
I hardly watch movies but I think that it is not as big of a deal as people are making it. There are plenty of movies where the woman is the main character and needs help from a man.
people just need to relize that it makes for a good movie obvously if people where more offended they would stop watching so i dont see what the big deal is

DeleteI agree with Robert. if people really didn't like the movie then they would stop watching. its their choice.
