  1. I think that all three of these coaches deserve there jobs and the UMD need to get their act together. They should have done something when people were making rude comments to the coaches. Being gay does not affect the way you teach a team or how you teach a class, I mean look at the teams winning records. Unless inappropriate things were going on with these coaches nothing should have happened to them or to their jobs. The way UMD approached these coaches trying to get them to quit is wrong. I agree with what the coaches are doing, they should be filing a discrimination lawsuit they deserve to be treated better than how they are getting treated now. If these coaches coaching is over because of this I feel that the UMD should feel pretty bad! From what I read in the article they seem like great coaches!

  2. The three coaches Shannon miller, Jen Banford, and Annette Wiles were good coaches, leading the teams to five championships, but did not get the offer to receive a pay cut to there salary and facing discrimination at the UMD raises eyebrows of what type of diversity they want.

  4. I think that was a good thing for her to file that lawsuit. They were treated poorly and they were made fun and judged by their sexuality. In today's society, anyone can love anyone.
