  1. i can see where the parents are coming from because they think that it could have been stopped and their daughter could have been saved. but maybe its not right for them to blame the doctor when he didnt know any better...? he shoudl hold the responsibility for not finding the cancer but should it be brought to court?

  2. I think that the parents have every right to bring him to court over it. He is a doctor and trained to know what was wrong. Why didnt he do something right away about this lump growing in this poor little girl? isnt that what he gets payed for?

  3. People make mistakes. That's a fact. I don't see why they are suing (yes I'm aware I spelt that wrong) It's not like a doctor knows everything. The doctor didn't do anything wrong. He just made a MISTAKE.

  4. as a person with something wrong and the doctors cant figure i out i know were the parents are coming from. however i also know how the doctor feels. sometimes people try there hardest but just dont know. sometimes the specilist dont even know because they just have never seen it before.

  5. If the doctor did everything possible to figure out what was wrong, then a mistake was made. Sure it sucks and the parents have a right to be ticked off. But don't sue the guy. Forgive and forget. (obviously this is a lot easier to say since I'm not in this situation)

  6. i think that if the doctor did everything there was possible but there was just no way the girl could live with out always having to be in the hospital than he did the right thing, why would the parents want there girl to suffer, if they knew that there was no cure then theres really nothing the doctor could have done.

  7. It's kind of hard to just forgive and forget. I don't think the parents should be suing but maybe they could investigate the situation farther.
