Where Working Women Are Most Common

    2. I just thought it would be the other way around because of how things used to be where the women would stay home with the kids while the men went off to work.

  2. I actually found it suprising that in minnesota their was so much purple, but not so much on the west coast. If you think about it the women over there are probably house wives because their husbands go out and make all the money and they can stay home and not have to work. I find it very cool that minnesota has the most women working.

  3. i found it surprising that the rate in mn was higher then average mostly. women in mn dont rely on just men to pay for the things they need

  4. This didn't really surprise me. I always figured people in the Midwest worked more and that's what this chart is showing, to me at least.

  5. I wasn't surprised that the west coast had below average women work rate. I found it interesting that Minnesota had a high women work rate compared to the rest of the states.
