  1. They have stuff flying in the air now that it's not gonna be unheard of stuff crashing and having the plane hit a town and kill hundreds of people in a store or even houses and killing kids and family's

  2. I think that drones should be regulated so that incedents like this don't happen, but even with regulation it will be hard to stop people without constant radar survailence over the area.

  4. that they should not have a drones flying in the place where people are flying to get place and they should have a place so they can fly the drones so that they would not hit a plans.

  5. it is not a regulation issue. at the end of the article it says that hobbyists use these drones. some of these people don't know or refuse to listen to the rules set by the FAA it is them that need to be watched.

  6. I think this is a "but it wont happen to me" type deal. Where someone flies the drone but they don't think that this could happen to them.

  7. why was that drone up at 2,300 ftt? if they can only be 400 feet above ground level, why is it that much higher? this could be a whole other reason for being that close to a airplane

    1. Or its because this guy is an idiot and just wanted to see how high he could go with it.

  8. It is very strange that they do not already have steeper regulation on recreational drone use already.

  9. I think there needs to be better communication between pilots of drones and pilots of airplanes tbh.

  10. Its dangers to fly drones around because the distance some drones can fly are scary like miles away. And the fact that one almost hit a passenger plane and the possibility that a drone can bring a plane down is scary.
