  2. I do agree with Angel. Only you decide when to stop. I thought the story at the restaurant was both interesting and inspiring. The dad encouraging his daughter to eat her own meal instead of acting out was really great of him.

  3. Anorexia is a disorder that will be hard for our society to overcome. Especially for young women because of the high standards that they are held to. It has to be something that they want to change and work very hard at it.

    1. That is true. If everyone else says something looks good its hard to say it doesn't and its not worth it.

  4. Its easier said than done, and everyone understands and realizes it. But only you can be the one to stop it and make yourself better. That's what sucks about it the most because it probably feels like your alone through this process and people are judging you but you need to find the strength to do it for yourself.

  5. It's something that you can try to handle but its something that hasn't been able to control for awhile.

  6. it is obviously a mental condition that can only be stopped if that person makes the choice to stop it

  7. I think that the biggest enemy or problem is yourself in this situation and it can only be fixed you truly want it to be fixed

  8. I really don't know how you overcome eating disorders such as anorexia. The victim is usually focused on how big she looks. It is almost impossible to change their minds.

  11. You can tell someone that they are beautiful 1000 times but if they don't believe it then it wont change much.
